'Preparing mentally for the week ahead' group session
This session offers a spacious pause before the work week begins—a chance to slow down, take stock of what is worrying us, clear mental clutter, and come at the work week from a more positive perspective. Through gentle sensory practices and mindful invitations, participants create a sense of calm focus and inner alignment to carry into the days ahead.
