Key things to note about our sessions:
- Yo

No toilets or shops
Our locations are never far from residential areas, but there are no public facilities such as toilets or shops, where we will be having our session.
For example, the nearerst will be at the Leonardo hotel on Clermiston Road.
Please make sure you use the toilet before you arrive. We understand that sometimes nature calls unexpectedly — if you need to step off the path for a discreet pee during the session, that’s absolutely fine. If you will feel uncomfortable with this, or unsure you could manage the full session without access to a toilet, you may wish to reconsider booking.

Things you need to bring
To be comfortable while we are forest bathing we suggest you bring
- something to drink (non stimulating). Water or herbal tea are ideal
- waterproof clothes, ideally layers
- shoes or boots suitable for the forest and possibly a bit of mud
- something waterproof to sit on
- a small umbrella in case it rains
- tissues or wet wipes for wiping down hands etc

Cancellation policy
We require 4 days notice of any cancellation to allow us to promote and fill the space.
We will cancel the session if weather warnings are issued. If this happens we will let you know by 8am of the day of your booking, earlier if possible.
Please see the Weather and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Adults only for the group sessions - but we can cater for families within private bookings
At the moment our group sessions, which are open to the public are for adults. This is simply because it is easier to manage within a group that doesn't know each other.
We are happy to run sessions for families, within a private booking. Please contact us for more information.
